Experience
Presently and since January 2011, Mary E. Douglas has been employed by Dugger, Canaday, Grafe, Inc., Real Estate Consultants and Appraisers. Currently recognized as an Appraiser Trainee by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (Authorization No. TX-1340083-Trainee). In October 2011 Ms. Douglas passed all modules of the Appraisal Institute’s Comprehensive Examination. Experience includes appraisal and consulting assignments related to commercial, retail, office, medical office, hotel/lodging (luxury, full service and limited service), industrial, multi-family, commercial land, ad valorem tax litigation support and special purpose/use properties including automobile dealerships, as well as a wide variety of income producing properties.
