Experience:
Presently and since January 2003, Ryan C. Healy has been employed
by Dugger, Canaday, Grafe, Inc., Real Estate Consultants and
Appraisers.
Currently a state certified general appraiser, valuation experience
includes appraisal and consulting assignments related to farm and
ranch, transitional land, special use, commercial and residential
properties. Ryan has served as an expert witness and provided testimony
regarding real estate matters in county court.

statewide. Out of state appraisal experience includes a ranch appraisal
assignment in Arkansas. Mr. Healy owns an interest in a river front
property in Val Verde County and is involved with the family ranch
near Del Rio, Texas.
Prior business experience includes three years
of commercial marketing for both Dell Computers and Ernst & Young,
L.L.P. Ryan was an Account Manager for Dell in Round Rock, Texas
serving corporate accounts nationwide. While at Ernst & Young in
San Antonio, Texas, Ryan managed sales projects marketed to executives
in the Great Lakes region. Ryan is a native of Del Rio, Texas. |
